8 Days Luxury Majestic Kenya National Parks Safari

Day 1: Arrival-Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport you will be met and transferred to Fairmont Norfolk hotel for overnight you will be booked at this hotel on bed and breakfast.

Day 2: Nairobi –Samburu

Today after the breakfast you will be picked and drive to Samburu game reserve for your game drive.

Overnight at Elephant Bedroom Camp.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided. Drinking water will be provided every day per person.

Samburu plays host to large herds of elephants. Other unique wildlife specifies are also very common sightings in this part of the wilderness. The Uaso Nyiro River is a great point of concentration and interest to both visitors and wildlife. It forms the lifeline of this great reserve and most animals cannot keep away from it as they come to quench their thirst from the river.

Day 3: Samburu-Lake Nakuru

Today you will you be picked by your safari guide and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for your game drive. Overnight at The Cliff.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided. Drinking water will be provided every day per person.

Lake Nakuru National Park lies in central Kenya 140km northwest of Nairobi in the Nakuru district of the Rift Valley Province. The ecosystem here is comprised of the lake, forest and bushy grasslands. It supports a wide array of wildlife, although the flamingos and other water birds are the major attractions of the area! The ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals, including the white rhino.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivaisha

Today you will drive to Lake Naivasha for boat ride to see the hippos and abundant birdlife.

Overnight at Enashipai Resort.

Naivasha is yet another area popular for bird watching (over 400species have been recorded). It is also a favourite weekend retreat for Nairobi residents, who come here to sail, water ski and fish. There are no crocodiles in the lake as the water is too cold for them, due to altitude but there are a number of hippos. Along the lakeshore, vineyards produce grapes for the country’s fledgeling wine industry.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha -Masai Mara

Today after the breakfast you will drive to the famous Masai Mara game reserve. Enjoy the afternoon game drive.

Overnight at Ilkeliani Mara Camp.

Breakfast Lunch and dinner provided. Drinking water will be provided every day per person.

Masai Mara is the home of the big 5 as well as the best place to witness the annual wildebeest migration taking place this July/August Lunch break en-route so that you drive straight to the park for your afternoon game drive until late evening.

Day 6 & 7: Full Masai Mara

Today after the breakfast you will be picked and proceed with your game drive in Masai Mara.

Overnight at Ilkeliani Mara Camp.

Breakfast Lunch and dinner provided. Drinking water will be provided every day per person.

Masai Mara is situated in the southwest of Kenya, covering an area of 1 510 square km (583 square miles), the Masai Mara National Reserve is a land of breathtaking vistas, abundant wildlife and endless plains. The quintessential Masai Mara safari delivers many attractions, as the reserve is home to an excellent year-round concentration of game, including the more than two million wildebeest, zebras and other antelopes that make up the famous Great Migration.

Day 8: Masai Mara -Nairobi

Today you will drive from Masai Mara Game reserve to Nairobi where you will proceed to Jomo Kenyatta International airport for your flight back home.
